How to Check your PNR Status on WhatsApp
To check the PNR Status on WhatsApp, follow our below mentioned few simple and easy steps:
- First of all, you have to save a new contact on your device, so open the dialer app on your device
- After that, you have to type the official phone number “7349389104” of MakeMyTrip portal. And add this number to your contact list on your device.
- Once you save the number on your device, open the “WhatsApp” on your smartphone.
- After that, go the contact list, and here you have to refresh your contact list. (This will make refreshes your contact list on WhatsApp.)
- Now, you have to search the contact that you have saved recently on your phone.
- Here, only have to send your train number to check the live train status, and you can also send the PNR number to check PNR status.
- Once you send your PNR or Train number, MakeMyTrip will send you the complete info about your PNR and Train status.
How to Refresh Contact List on WhatsApp:
- Open WhatsApp on your Device and then tap on the “New Chat’ icon, which you can find at the right corner.
- Now, tap on the Three Dotted Menu button, which can find at the top right side.
- Here, you have to choose the “Refresh” option, and this will refresh your contact list on your WhatsApp.
Important note: MakeMyTrip will respond only when they have seen your message. And if you see the “Seen” status, then it does not mean that MakeMyTrip will respond instantly. But It all depends on the total number of inquiry. But, all-the-time, when I’ve tried to get info from MakeMyTrip, I”ve got the response instantly on my queries. So, don’t worry about it.
In my opinion, you can use this service as an alternative option of an Indian Railways official app. Because sometimes, you will have to wait, until the MakeMyTrip team check the message that you have sent. And they will respond on your message after checking your sent message.
