  • Go to Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications
  • Now Go to “All.”
  • Scroll down and look for “Google Play Store” and tap on it to select it.
  • You will see options like Force close, clear data, uninstall updates, etc.
  • Click on ‘Force Close’ then Click on ‘Clear Data’ and also Click on ‘Uninstall Updates’
